PRINT MARKETING

Served as the primary print designer for the in-house team.

Designed marketing and patient education materials, including print ads, rack cards, flyers, booklets, direct mail postcards, newsletters, and reports.

Developed concepts and designed quarterly rotating poster displays, merchandise branding, recruitment banners, and building signage.

Managed the entire process from initial concept through final coordination with vendors to ensure quality and timely distribution.

BRANDING

Served as a key gatekeeper for an institutional rebrand, converting print assets and enforcing corporate guidelines across a hospital system with 13 clinics.

Integrated leadership’s strategic plan and core values into visual mediums throughout the organization.

Created digital and print materials featuring official logos, taglines, colors and photography to maintain a seamless identity for employees, patients and the public.

Developed brand concepts and presented campaigns to a newly formed sister organization, including logo designs and color palettes.

FREELANCE BRANDING

2023-24: Presented comprehensive branding campaigns to a freelance client, using InDesign, Figma and video tools to deliver a series of on-demand strategic pitches. (See PDF for slides of an early session. Recorded using Loom.)

DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS

Managed content for the company's intranet and public websites.

Designed and programmed slides for digital displays (hospital and clinics).

Composed, compiled and scheduled daily announcement emails to all staff.
